Interior solutions, end to end

I work with owners, designers and architects, project managers and owners' representatives, suppliers and shipyards. My services menu offers a wide variety of interior solutions — from sourcing and procuring third-party contractors to styling a curated and tailored interior.

Link between parties

Client and owner to shipyard and supplier liaison, plus shipyard to supplier coordination — one clear channel, no lost information.

Layout and schematic planning

Concept development, look and feel definition and continuous follow-up through every revision.

Project documentation

Worklist tracking, scope and timeline, progress reports, snag and warranty lists.

Yacht outfitting

Material proposal with sourcing, procurement, schedules and detailed specification. Upholstery projects with specialist partners. Full FF&E packages covering fittings, appliances, decorative accessories, art and customised designs — with delivery and execution follow-up.

Interior quality and production supervision

Timelines, supplier delivery follow-up, snag lists, contractual delivery and warranty period control.

Turn-key project delivery

Mounting, showcasing and styling, photoshoot and video coordination — the yacht handed over ready to be lived in and published.
